These will even get worse if someone who suffers ends up with having panic attacks often.

Since each person is very different, there is no single reason or cause for this disorder. Scientists have admitted that this is normally a result of a combination of various complications, including environmental stresses and brain changes. You can blame the chemical imbalances when someone is diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. When the body is not balanced with the proper chemicals in the brain, it won’t reach to everyday anxieties and stresses in the right way. This can also influence things like memory and mood for some individuals. The environmental aspects that can cause this disorder could be things like an important event in life or trauma that occurred in the past.
The result of Anxiety attack
Anxiety attacks are very common among people who suffer from disorders related to anxiety. The attacks can grow from anxious events, like getting ready for a job interview or going for a date. They are almost similar to panic attacks, especially with the changes that they bring in the body. Many people end up sweating and having faster heart beats when they are suffering from attack, but there are people who show more serious reactions. Many times anxiety attacks just occur without any signs or any triggers. An attack can appear suddenly and stay for 30 minutes or more. When someone is suffering from this type of attack they may feel like they are going to die, they won’t have any control on themselves. These situations can occur many times in a day or just sometimes. Each and every person is different with the way they respond to anxious and stressful situations. If a person avoids the situations of anxiety he or she can avoid the symptoms of the attack.
