You can see that children sleep easily in just few seconds because they don’t concentrate on their environments so there is not anything that diverts their attention. It means that a normal person needs clean and hygienic and of course dark room or atmosphere where he or she can forget everything except their sleep. All these things when concerned seriously help a lot to maintain proper fitness along with a passive and desirable sleep.
