  5. Nuts/ Dry fruits – All dry fruits are packed with nutrition. Having a handful of them during the day can provide you with instant energy and loads of nutrition
  6. Milk/ Tea – While toned milk is the way to go, add to it some healthy syrup or powder as a supplement to make it more healthy and tasty. Other beverage option is to switch to green tea that is rich in antioxidants.
  7. Baked food – The pretty new style diet fashion involves only baked snacks and food that is without any oil or fat content yet tasty. Try some!
